Cancellations

You can submit your details for free PDF proofs with absolutely ‘no obligation’ or payment required! And you may cancel them on receipt of our automated confirmation email or even after receiving initial proofs – there’s no sneaky tricks and no hard feelings. However, we do require that you inform us of the cancellation within 48 hours and orders cannot be cancelled once you have approved them.

All offers are subject to change without notice.

In preparation of these Web Pages Company Christmas Cards have taken every care to ensure the info here is up-to-date and correct, however, we cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy or authenticity of the information and any consequence which arises from it.

List prices exclude VAT though VAT will be automatically added in the basket.

If you are outside the UK you will be contacted after placing an order with a final price which includes shipping (at cost), with VAT deducted where applicable.

At the customers request or for late orders placed after the 10th of December, express P&P charges must be accepted.
Customer will be sent a provisional layout of their over printed details which they must approve. Following approval Company Christmas Cards accept no responsibility for errors in content or layout. If a customer wishes a Pantone reference to be matched it is their responsibility to provide the correct reference. Due to differences in stock being used, colour shades may vary in reproduction.

Privacy statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • your name
  • address
  • phone number
  • email address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Typically, we post previous customers the new brochure once released and email them to notify dispatch and offer deadlines. If you would prefer not to receive these, you can email to request removal christmas@paperisle.co.uk

Payment terms

In the absence to prior written agreement to the contrary, payment of our charges is required on receipt of our invoice. Failure to make payment within 28 days of the due date will result in the matter being referred to our Debt Collection Agents whose charges will be added to, and payable with the invoice debt.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights, which cannot be excluded or restricted at law. Terms and conditions subject to change at any time.
